Job Description: · Must have 2+ Years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Proficient in end to end IT recruitment, marketing techniques and headhunting
- Must have heavily worked with Direct clients only.
- Must have LinkedIn recruitment skills.
- Must have worked on multiple requirements single handed.
- Expert level knowledge and work experience in internet recruitment site like LinkedIn Recruiter , Monster, Dice, Career Builder, JobDiva etc.
- Experience in Recruiting Technical Consultant Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Technologies.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the recruitment process for Fulltime, W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, Contract etc.
- Self-motivated professional who achieves results and has superior ability to coordinate and perform several.
- Full life cycle recruitment in IT solution staffing and recruiting experience with the flexibility and ability to multi-task in number and variety of projects.
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US EST shift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Experience in Hiring USC / GC / OPT / CPT / H4 / TN visa candidates from Job Portals, University Networks, Social Networking Sites and other sources.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity of key technologies.
- Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for candidates utilizing skills in social networking, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Maintain an active database of OPT/CPT Students
