Summary:

UKG Dimensions system specialist will be responsible for providing business and technical architectural guidance to development teams, business groups, and customers for existing and new products & services. It functions as a liaison between IT and End User Groups as well as other areas of IT.  Strong communication and documentation skills are required.  The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is also a must.   Some Project Management / team lead skills with the ability to document requirements, code / configure, test and implementation tracking needed to keep projects on track and on time.

Functional support duties mandate an in-depth knowledge of the UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Scheduling modules, Mobile App. System configuration, and problem research / troubleshooting skills are a must. Ability to research problems and perform some end user training a must.  Extensions, Analytics, and Attestation are a plus.  An understanding of Telestaff, PeopleSoft HCM, and PeopleSoft Payroll desired. 

Technical support duties include hyperfind / Dataview Creation, SSO support / understanding of AD, understanding of integrations (real time vs batch) between other vendors / system (EPIC, PeopleSoft, Telestaff) and duties include a knowledge of Del Boomi, SFTP (to the extent that this is a cloud app). Data pulls for audit and governmental reporting and Custom report generation a plus.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

5 years of experience with UKG WFC / Dimensions functional and technical areas like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Mobile App and System configuration in a Healthcare environment of a similar size/complexity.

Attestation, Analytics, Accruals and Extensions knowledge is a plus.

Experience providing management with system provided technical or business solutions.

Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.

Experience participating on scrum teams and delivering architecture solutions as part of an Agile project delivery methodology.

Experience with SaaS solutions – integration, security, network, platform architecture.

Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting).
