Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & improve customer service levels
  • Manage departmental financial performance & profits
  • Implement and monitor strategic work plans in order to ensure service department productivity
  • Manage, coach & motivate employees within the department
  • Management of quality standards, assets, risks & admin processes
  • Adhere to Dealer Standards & Legal Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualified Technician advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • 5 years+ Proven Dealer Experience and managerial experience within a service department
  • Ford Training, BSI and Evolve preferential
  • Attention to detail, organised & structured
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
