Job Description

A growing IT services provider requires a Sales Administrator/Sales Coordinator/Virtual PA to set up meetings with potential clients and international agency partners. This is a work from home opportunity for 3 days a week, about 2-3 hours a day.

The company has an established network with potential clients as well as established relationships with our international agency partners. What is needed is someone to get these two groups together and facilitate the process until the international partners conclude a successful sale.

Once a sale is made, most of the implementation and customer support will be carried out by the international partners. However, as the business grows, they will aim to grow the support capabilities in South Africa.

Although the role is considered part-time at the start, there may be options for a full-time role at a later stage.

Responsibilities:

 

Making contact with potential customers

Explaining the value proposition over the phone and follow up emails

Set meeting dates for the manager to meet with clients

Follow up and reschedule where necessary 

Coordinate with the international partners that will attend online meetings and present services

Attend online meetings as a support function

Update management on progress

Ensure that the international partners receive sufficient preparation for online meetings so that they can focus and speak to specific customer's industry and understand key points of focus

Ensure minutes are taken at all meetings and shared with participants 

Follow up on the next step between customers and partners

General admin to support the business's growth

This is a sales administrator/sales coordinator position where strong admin skills are neededntttntttn

Requirements

  • English first language as dealing with international clients
  • Professional
  • Internal sales and sales coordination experience
  • Strong admin skills for setting up meeting
  • 3+ years' sales experience
  • Experience with financial products especially accounting and ERP products
  • University degree or Dipolma (BCom)
  • Extremely strong telephone etiquette
  • Excellent written communication 
  • Good time management
