Job Description

Upmarket toy retailer in Cape Town Southern Suburbs requires an Administrator to work remotely 3 hours per day, mornings only. The suitable candidate needs to have superior computer skills, particularly Excel, and will be dealing with tracking stock and inventory. Bookkeeping and stock control software and logistics required. CRM system management (vend) an advantage. Strong Math Matric HG essential. Copies of matric certificate required.

Requirements

Strong MS Excel Advanced skills

Strong maths skills essential HG school maths required

Diploma or Degree in business/finance

Full home office set up 

CRM systems 

Logistics experience an advantage 

Stock and inventory management

Bookkeeping experience an advantage

Vend CRM an advantage
