Our client is looking for an effecient and effective leader to oversee the kitchen, offering support and advise to all levels of chefs and staff. The individual must have a professional and outgoing personality, be motivated, energetic and creative and be willing to work in a remote location. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu creation and costing, all health & hygiene  requirements, maintenance of the kitchen and kitchen admin along with budget and stock control.

MUST HAVE:

Recognised Culinary quallification

5 years as a Head or Executive Chef 

Knowledge of  current culinary trends in both Food & Beverage

Knowledge of Boma catering and events

Dietary requirements

A passion for food and wine

Excellent managerial skills

Computer lilterate

Able to cater for all religious and health dietary requirements
