Scion Nonprofit is leading the search for an Executive Assistant (Part-Time) to be part of an impactful education organization in Denver, CO! This is position offers the opportunity to join a mission-driven organization serving children and families!

Long term contract role
Flexible hybrid work schedule
Competitive hourly pay rate in the $37-$42 (DOE)
Maintain organizational data and records by creating board documents and packets, electronically filling historical documents, organizing legal documents, and other duties as assigned by the board
Perform calendar management and handle travel arrangements for the CEO
Represent CEO and anticipate CEO needs
Coordinate Board meetings, executive staff meetings, and other complex meetings
Maintain and share minutes for other leadership team high-level meetings
Prepare and share materials for board meetings ahead of time
Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative and support staff; occasional provide back-up reception duties as needed
Prepare, compose, and disseminate correspondence, managing routine correspondence independently
Participate in strategic planning and budget planning processes with executive management and board of directors
Assist with Fund Development tasks, such as submitting grant proposals and reports and preparing thank you letters
Collaborate with different department staff as they prepare for meetings with the Board
Integrate and manage information and multiple information sources for senior leadership
Experience in senior administrative support roles
Excellent computer skills including Outlook, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Experience with PowerPoint, Publisher, and fundraising databases is a plus
Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality
Effective communicator and collaborator with great attention to detail
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $37-42 range depending on experience. This is a contract position offering a part time hybrid schedule.
